| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش به تحلیل روش‌های اصلی محققان غربی در مطالعات قرآنی می‌پردازد. با توجه به اینکه دایرةالمعارف قرآن را می‌توان مجموعه‌ای جامع از مطالعات قرآنیِ غربیان دانست، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی این مسئله پرداخته که هر یک از روش‌های نویسندگان EQ در تحلیل متن قرآن، چه مبانی و چه نتایجی دارند، در این راستا، روش‌های مورد استفاده در دو شاخه کلیِ مطالعه تاریخی و مطالعه ادبی دسته‌بندی و تحلیل شده‌اند. در بخش روش تاریخی، دو رویکرد جامعه‌شناسیِ تاریخی و روان‌شناسیِ تاریخی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. روش تحلیلِ ادبی نیز، که به درونمایه متن و بیان سبک، ساختار و تغییرات تدریجی آن در طول زمان می‌پردازد، تحلیل شده است. این پژوهش، که به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی و بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده، برای هر یک از این دو روش، نمونه‌هایی از دایرةالمعارف قرآن ارائه کرده و در پایانِ هر بخش، نقدهایی را بر آن‌ها مطرح نموده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که روش تاریخی با چالش‌هایی همچون تحمیل مقولات اجتماعی مدرن بر متون کلاسیک، تقلیل مفاهیم دینی به وقایع تاریخی، تأکید صرف بر واقعیت‌های محسوس و بی‌توجهی به مسئله «معنا»، و تلاش برای اثبات تأثیرپذیری قرآن از فرهنگ و عقاید عرب جاهلی مواجه است. از سوی دیگر، روش ادبی نیز با دو نقد اساسیِ پیچیدگی اصطلاحات و عدم ارائه دستاوردهای کاربردی برای الهیدانان روبه‌روست. در نهایت، این پژوهش تأکید دارد که مطالعه قرآن نیازمند بهره‌گیری از رویکردهای متنوع و تسلط بر تمامی روش‌های تولید معنا و اثرگذاری آن‌هاست تا بتوان به درک جامع‌تر و روش‌مندتری از این متن مقدس دست یافت. | ||

| This study explores the main methodologies used by Western scholars in Quranic studies, focusing on the Encyclopaedia of the Qurʾān (EQ) as a comprehensive source. It examines the principles and outcomes of EQ authors' approaches, categorizing them into two main branches: historical study and literary analysis. In the historical study section, two key approaches -historical sociology and historical psychology- are examined. Additionally, the literary analysis method, which focuses on the thematic aspects of the text as well as the expression of style, structure, and its gradual evolution over time, is also analyzed. This research, conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach based on library sources, presents specific examples from the “Encyclopaedia of the Qurʾān” for each of these two methodologies and provides critical assessments of them at the end of each section. The findings of this study indicate that the historical method faces several challenges, including the imposition of modern social categories onto classical texts, the reduction of religious concepts to historical events, an exclusive emphasis on tangible realities while neglecting the issue of “meaning”, and an attempt to establish the Quran’s dependence on the culture and beliefs of pre-Islamic Arab society. On the other hand, the literary method is subject to two major critiques: the complexity of its terminology and the lack of practical outcomes for theologians.Ultimately, this research underscores the necessity of employing diverse approaches and mastering all methods of meaning production and textual influence to attain a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the Quran as a sacred text. | ||
