| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین ادراک از خود و ناگویی هیجانی با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای هم‌وابستگی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان خانه‌دار مراجعه‌کننده به پایگاه‌های سلامت استان تهران بود که از این بین 250 نفر به شیوه در دسترس به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزاهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سلامت روان گلدبرگ، پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو، پرسشنامه هم وابستگی اسپن و فیشر و آزمون تصور از خود بک بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین ادراک از خود با هم‌وابستگی و بین ناگویی هیجانی و هم‌وابستگی با سلامت روان در زنان خانه‌دار رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین ناگویی هیجانی با هم‌وابستگی و بین ادراک از خود با سلامت روان در زنان خانه‌دار رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین طبق نتایج نقش واسطه‌ای هم وابستگی در رابطه بین ادراک از خود با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار تایید شد اما نقش واسطه‌ای متغیر هم وابستگی در رابطه بین ناگویی هیجانی با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار تایید نشد. با توجه به نتایج، می‌توان در زمینه افزایش سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار به نقش این متیغرها توجه ویژه داشت. | ||

| Abstract This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-perception and emotional dyslexia (alexithymia) and the mental health status of housewives, with a focus on the mediating role of co-dependency. Employing a correlation research design and structural equation modelling (SEM), the research sampled 250 housewives who attended health centers in Tehran province. Data were collected using the Goldberg Mental Health Questionnaire, the Toronto Alexithymia Scale, the Span and Fisher Co-dependency Questionnaire, and the Beck Self-Concept Test. The findings highlight the intricate relationships between self-perception, emotional dyslexia, co-dependency, and mental health among housewives. The results indicated an inverse and significant relationship between self-perception and co-dependency, as well as between emotional dyslexia and co-dependency with mental health among housewives. Additionally, there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional dyslexia and co-dependency, and between self-perception and mental health. Furthermore, the mediating role of co-dependency in the relationship between self-perception and mental health status of housewives was confirmed. However, the mediating role of co-dependency in the relationship between emotional dyslexia and mental health status was not supported. According to the results, special attention can be paid to the role of these variables in increasing the mental health of housewives.Keywords: alexithymia, codependency, mental health, self-perception | ||
